Clear assessment
We begin with the garment itself, not a fixed promise. Construction, fabric condition, seam allowances, and available materials all guide what is possible, so the project scope stays realistic from the outset.
We reshape garments with care, keeping the original fabric in mind and the final result grounded in what the garment can realistically support.

Tailor's Touch Boutique focuses on tailoring, clothing alterations, and creative garment remodelling for pieces that deserve more than a simple fix. From fit updates to redesign work, each project begins with a close look at the garment, its condition, and the result you want to achieve.
We work with vintage clothing, sentimental pieces, and garments selected for reuse, helping clients explore practical changes and thoughtful upcycling. Every project is reviewed before work begins so the scope, materials, and finish are clear from the start.

Our approach is shaped by careful fitting, honest project review, and respect for the original garment. We aim for results that make sense for the fabric, the design, and the person wearing it.
We begin with the garment itself, not a fixed promise. Construction, fabric condition, seam allowances, and available materials all guide what is possible, so the project scope stays realistic from the outset.
Our work includes redesign consultation, dress and skirt remodelling, shirt and jacket restyling, vintage-garment fit updates, and fabric-reuse accessory projects. Each service is planned to suit the item and the desired finish.
We support clients who want to keep wearing meaningful clothing, update vintage pieces, or turn leftover fabric into something useful. The result is clothing that feels considered, practical, and worth keeping.
From written alteration scopes to final fit reviews, the process is designed to keep decisions visible and agreed in advance. That makes the work easier to follow and helps avoid surprises during the project.
Built as an appointment-led studio, the boutique combines careful fitting work with redesign planning and written project scope.
Tailor's Touch Boutique was founded in 2017 by Julien Moreau with a clear focus on garments that need careful attention rather than quick replacement. The studio grew around the idea that a well-made item can often be adjusted, refreshed, or remade into something more useful.
Our process starts with an inquiry, then a garment and material assessment, followed by a redesign consultation when remodelling is involved. That approach helps set realistic expectations for fit, construction, and available fabric before any quote is confirmed.
Projects are completed by appointment, with fitting reviews handled before collection. This keeps the work practical, transparent, and aligned with the garment's structure and the agreed design.
